Meet Matt Cawood

As a producer on DMG’s Transformers location-based entertainment project, Matt Cawood oversees the production and implementation of CG assets and creative media for DMG VR attractions. Matt has more than 13 years of experience in entertainment production in film, TV, OTT platforms and video games, including work on Emmy award-winning shows such as Kung Fu Panda, The Penguins of Madagascar, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Prior to DMG, Matt spent 8 years working as a VFX Supervisor at Nickelodeon, where he wrote scripts for CG applications, animated for 9 TV shows, and worked heavily in visual development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media from the University of Virginia, and a master’s degree in Design and Entertainment Technology from Parson’s School of Design in New York City.
