Meet Eric Sullivan

As General Manager, Eric oversees finance, strategy, and operations across for Valiant Entertainment, location-based entertainment, film and television, and investment and M&A.

Eric previously served in multiple finance roles at General Electric over 19 years, developing expertise in (a) corporate M&A finance, divestiture/disintegration, and acquisition/integration, (b) strategic and financial planning and analysis, (c) process design, improvement, and implementation, and
(d) commercial debt sales, modeling and underwriting.

Most recently he was Finance Manager in GE Capital’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, where he managed the disposition of multiple assets in the Equipment Leasing, Aircraft Leasing, Fleet Leasing, and Health Care Finance verticals.

Eric started his career as an internal auditor at PHH Corporation in Hunt Valley, MD. He graduated from La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) and received his Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
