Meet Matthew Gasparich

As Vice President of Corporate Development, Matthew sources and evaluates acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities, along with driving internal strategic development initiatives.

Prior to this he was Senior Manager of Corporate Business Development at Relativity Media, where he worked on the investment and financing of numerous films, including Immortals, Limitless, and The Fighter. 

Matthew began his career at UBS Investment Bank doing M&A advisory, advising clients in the Technology, Media, Entertainment, Industrials, Gaming, and Software sectors. 

He holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, along with a minor in Jazz Studies from USC’s Thornton School of Music.
